Welcome to our web-site. Our season is about to begin as i write this note and for the first time for several years we are able to welcome a new club into our League. A big welcome to Deighton Leisure Centre who have entered not one but two new teams into the League this season. We hope you enjoy yourselves and will watch your progress with interest during the coming weeks.

 

A major influence in the success of any web-site is in keeping it "fresh". We introduced the site just 12 months ago and Phil Schofield has done a great job, with the help of a few colleagues, in firstly pulling it all together and then keeping it up to date and fresh. Please help us to build on this by sending in contributions in word and / or photo - and let's get the Forum going with some banter !

 

The League Management Committee now has a representative from each club which should help to stimulate new ideas and ensure a better flow of information throughout the League.

 

It promises to be a busy season with most teams playing more than 25 competitive matches. We can be proud of the spirit in which our teams do battle and i wish you all an enjoyable season.

 

For those of you who have come to the site to find out more about Table Tennis in the Huddersfield area, you are most welcome. We aim to try to meet all needs - coaching, social or competitive - for ages ranging from 9 to 90 (well almost , we do have several really keen "youngsters" in their 80's!)
